This site has been created to collect a debt owed by Victor Khan of ASMMG.
This site has been created as an effort to collect a debt. Victor Khan of All Sports Marketing and Management Group (ASMMG) will not attempt to make payment arrangements or repay an outstanding debt of $3,989.37. Several calls, voicemails, and text messages have been made to Victor but he refuses to return communication to resolve the matter. All statements made on this website are true and can be substantiated with documentation. If this site is still up the debt HAS NOT been paid. Once the balance owed has been paid the site will be removed. All information submitted on this site will be used to collect the debt and this matter is pending legal action.
Update as of 11/22/2011
After taking this matter to court on November 22nd 2011, I received a consent judgment against Victor Khan for the full amount of my civil suit plus court costs! It is unfortunate I had to seek legal action for resolution but was left with no other alternative. I tried to be a decent person and help someone in need but was repaid with senseless lying and deceitful behavior. I have not received an apology for the aggravation this experience has caused and I will not receive the first payment of the judgment until late summer of 2012. What a hassle! The experience documented on this site should be kept in mind in future decision making because I would not want anyone else to suffer from a person that clearly lacks ethics. Victor is still refusing to answer any calls or provide an update as to when he will repay this debt. He has even ignored the option to make payment arrangements. Since I no longer have contact with Vic or can find him a reward will be offered to persons disclosing his whereabouts. Please send an email on the contact page.
